If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Dachshund Delights is happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please call us at 1-800-444-9475 or email us at customerservice@dachshunddelights.comto arrange a return or exchange.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will correct the problem.
How to return: We recommend you insure the items you return. UPS and FedEx automatically provide insurance up to $100 on shipments. USPS offers insurance for an additional fee. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with a note of instructions telling us what you need (refund, replacement, exchange, re-sizing).
If an item must be returned due to our mistake, we will refund your return shipping costs. In some cases, we will issue a UPS Call Tag for pick-up.
Returns of drop-shipped products: For products that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer (all hand-crafted wooden items, Potty House, Lookouts, Cozy Caves, strollers), there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Returns of personalized items: There will be a $5 return charge for any item that has been personalized (harnesses & Snap-A-Dannas), unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges for incorrect sizing: If a custom-made item is returned due to customer miss-measurement, there will be a $5 exchange fee, which includes shipping costs back to the customer.
Returns of items we manufacture: We guarantee the workmanship of our in-house products. If one of our items has a flaw in materials or workmanship for up to one year from the date of purchase, we will cover the cost of return shipping for repair or replacement.
