Our shipping charges are based on the subtotal of your order. $4.95 is the base shipping cost.
We ship US Postal Service First Class & Priority Mail and UPS Ground Service. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day service is available for an additional charge. UPS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

For orders up to $55, you may select your choice of USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. For orders $55.01-$100, you may choose Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders exceeding $100 will be shipped UPS Ground. UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service may be selected for orders of any amount. OVERSIZED PARCELS (beds, carriers, ramps) MAY INCUR OVERSIZED FEES FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY. We will contact you to verify cost of shipment.
Delivery Time:Many of our products are made here in our workshop in Garrettsville, Ohio. All styles of Hug-A-Dog Harnesses®, DreamSacks, Take-A-Long Bags™, and Snap-A-Dannas™ are custom-made on order. Unless expedited shipping/service is requested, all production items may take 2-3 weeks. Orders for non-production items (i.e. toys, t-shirts, shampoo, etc.) which include NO production items will ship within 1-3 days of order placement.
Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and an estimated delivery time will be indicated.
If multiple items are ordered and one or more items are on backorder, we will ship available items and ship the backordered items later at no additional cost.
